Went for an injection yesterday morning, it consisted of 4cc Lignocaine and 1cc 80mg Depo Medrol. However it didn’t stop me waking up at 6:20 this morning and getting a headache.
Neurologist also suggest I take 9mg Melatonin at night when I’m on holiday to help my brain cope with the lack of sunlight in Sweden.
I’ve been getting some headache shadows again recently but no full blown headaches yet. Seeing as I’m heading off on holiday next week I’m gonna take a preventative measure and go to the Neurologist tomorrow morning and get the same Depo Medrol injection I got last time.

I went to a Neurologist today and got an injection the back of my head - Depo Medrol and and local anesthetic. Here’s hoping it works.
had a very bad headache on monday morning. it took me the whole day to recover.
had another one, not as intense as the others though.
woke up and had a headache starting before i even got out bed. sucks
First headache in ages, lasted from about 8:30 to 10:30.
just had a headache that lasted from around 10:00 - 14:00 which seems to change the dynamic of headache, usually I am functional much quicker than that.
Red Bull seems to help! I’ve been drinking it every time I start to feel The Pain and it seems stop the headache. The downside is I’ve been drinking a can of Red Bull every day this week and it seems to be messing with my sleep, even though I drink it before 9:00am.
Still no headaches since last week.
